2. Booking process
Submitting a booking form does not automatically confirm your booking. The operator will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and details. A booking is confirmed only after communication with the operator.
3. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
4. Safety
All participants must be at least 18 years old to drive an ATV solo (16+ as passenger with adult present). Closed-toe shoes are required. Helmets and safety equipment are provided and mandatory.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Albania.
